Everyone told us not to go - our folks, our government. And so when we unfortunately missed our plane in Cairo, we took it upon ourselves to spend a couple of days exploring the town. Thankfully, a friend in Mohammed El Naggar, was there to show us around and keep the aggressive touts away - showing us his beautiful and history filled city!
